Sunrae Rod Sleeves are excellent for the Tournament Angler. Anyone who uses more than one rod and transports them together should give this product a try. There is nothing worse than losing valuable fishing time when every ounce counts in a tournament. The Sunrae Rod Sleeves are easy to slide on and off rods no matter whether there is a crankbait tied on or not. One nice feature to the sleeve is it’s clear. It is simple to see through the sleeve to see what type and color lure you have on a particular rod without taking all the sleeves off to find the right one. Comparing to similar products I’ve noticed that the competitors have elastic bands that secure around the reel on the pole. This poses problems with treble hooked lures. They always seem to get stuck in the elastic band. Sunrae Rod Sleeves are tapered to fit just above the reel thereby eliminating this problem. I find the Sunrae Rod Sleeves to be the best product for transporting and keeping rods tangle free.

I have had the pleasure of using several Sunrae Fishing Rod Sleeves for the past 2 months. These sleeves came in very handy and I will continue to use them each time that I go fishing. These sleeves keep the lines from different rods becoming tangled with each other as well as the lure's hooks hooking onto other rods or lines.

Previously, I had always fastened the hook to the factory rod clip and then twirled the line around the rod, but these sleeves far surpass that technique. Even though I would twirl the line around the rod, the lines and lures would still become entangled with other rods. I never had the first tangle the whole time that I have been using the fishing rod sleeves.

With the Sunrae Fishing Rod Sleeves, I just hook the lure onto one of the rod guides and slide the sleeve down the rod and then use the Flap Closure to secure the sleeve to the rod. These sleeves are very easy to use and they do what they are advertised to do. I was apprehensive that the lure's hooks would puncture holes in the sleeve, but that never happened.

This is one product that scores a definite 5 stars.

I was amazed at the quality construction and durability of the Sunrae Rod Sleeve. They are excellent for winter storage of all your rods and there is no need to take any lure off your line, the hooks will NOT catch on the Sunrae Rod Sleeve. Sunrae Rod Sleeves are an asset in my boat and will be for all fisherman. They keep lines from tangling together while rods are being stored resulting in more fishing time. They are a quality product at an affordable price and that's what a fisherman is looking for. Hats off to Sunrae Enterprises!

I tried the Sunrae Fishing Rod Sleeve, and loved it. I went on a deer hunting and fishing trip to Three Lakes, which is a five hour drive from Madison, Wisconsin. My rod had a walleye jig and the Sunrae Fishing Rod Sleeve on it. Of course my rod ended up at the bottom of the pile of gear. We had two bows, six rods, and a whole bunch of other gear on top of this fishing pole. I was not at all surprised when my friends pulled their fishing poles out of the truck in one big tangled mess; mine however, was in perfect condition and not snagged at all! I loved it. I was fishing in minutes while they were still untangling their lines. The best part was when I needed to use the rod, I just slipped the case off, rolled it up into a tiny ball and put in in my tackle box! What a great piece of equipment!
